Breathe at Work
Maintain a healthy, motivated staff! Give them the gift of yoga!
Breathe Yoga Studio offers off-site classes at your company in a variety of different options. “Breathe at Work” allows a company to structure a yoga program that is unique to them, based on their employees’ needs and the company’s resources. We offer class sessions, workshops, and yoga breaks. Yoga is a great addition to corporate retreats and a useful tool in team building as well. Give your employees the skills to cope with the pressures of success!
Classes:
Conducted at your office on a weekly basis, our yoga classes offer your employees the benefits of yoga, and you the benefits of healthy and happy employees. Classes run 1 hour and are most effective when run as a 10 week session. Classes are designed for all levels - beginner through advanced. Students are encouraged to have their own yoga mats, but we will bring extra yoga mats and other props to your site.
Workshops:
Workshops can be 1 hour or up to a full day long. Meditation techniques, breathing techniques and simple yoga poses are used to help focus the mind and create a sense of well-being. Here are just a few examples of the many workshops we offer:
Stress Management: Enhanced focus & increased energy help employees to manage difficult situations.
Business Skills: Build self confidence & strength to take on any business challenge.
Team Building: Begin or strengthen camaraderie amongst employees or project teams.
Yoga Breaks:
A healthy alternative to the coffee or cigarette break, a yoga break offers your employees downtime that actually benefits their health! This 20 minute yoga session, easily performed at a desk or conference table, can help your employees focus before an important meeting or provide a mid-day stress release. Yoga breaks have minimum impact to your schedule, but maximum benefit to the health and well-being of your employees.
